For transportation changes, email fhsummercamp@gmail.com. Only FHSC staff can make these changes.

• Your email will be answered promptly.
• Check your signed-up details in the "forms" section on your Parent Dashboard by selecting your child and scrolling down to view reservations.

• If you believe that a discount should be applied to your account, please email fhsummercamp@gmail.com to bring it to our attention for credit.
• There are a limited number of scholarships available through the Foothill Horizons Summer Camp Alumni Staff Association.  More information coming soon!

The $75.00 deposit to reserve a spot for is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the cancellation date or reason.

Cancellations Policy: Only applies after you have accepted a week of summer camp via email.

1. A reserved session may be changed to another session ONCE without penalty.
   • Second session change will incur the $75 cancellation fee and the new session will be a new registration.
2. Cancellations Made:
   • 21 Days or More Before Your Reserved Session:
     • A $75 cancellation fee will be charged, and you will receive a refund of the remaining funds you have paid.
   • 8-20 Days Before Your Reserved Session:
     • A $75 cancellation fee will be charged, and you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining funds you have paid.
   • 7 Days or Fewer Before Your Reserved Session:
     • No refund will be issued.

NOTE:

If a family has indicated their children must attend together, we will make every effort to accommodate that request. However, we cannot guarantee they will also be placed with their bunkmate or friend.

No. Currently, vaccinations are recommended but not mandatory.

• We do ask families to test before attending camp.
• Please note that this approach may evolve based on our state's COVID cases and in accordance with guidelines from the local health department.
