Camper registration and enrollment are on a first-come, first served basis.

1. Returning Families: Click LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT button to pre-fill all forms, check and update your account for accuracy, and make edits, so you will be ready to submit your request once registration opens.
2. New Families: Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT button to set up your account and pre-fill all forms and requirements so you will be ready to submit your request once registration opens.
   • You can edit your account prior to registration day, but you won’t see or be able to submit registration requests until registration opens.
3. IMPORTANT: Please take a moment to double-check your details for accuracy and ensure they are up-to-date.
4. Forms: Complete all health and other required forms before you start the registration process.
5. Once registration opens: Log in to your account, select your child and then the Summer Camp session.  Repeat the process for each child separately..
6. CAUTION—Please make sure you select your transportation carefully when you register to ensure you know how your child is getting to camp. 
   • Remember, we have limited capacity on our buses, so if you think you're going to need the bus, make your choice now. You can always change it later.
7. Campers are officially enrolled in a session once the registration process is complete.

• Campers are kids who will be entering grades 2-8 in the fall of their Summer Camp year
• CIT I (entering 9^th grade), CIT II (entering 10^th grade)
• JC I (entering 11^th grade), JC II (entering 12^th grade)

The Foothill Horizons Summer Camp staff wants to send you personalized information and communication with tips and updates pertinent to your leadership role at Summer Camp.

Please enter your CIT's or JC's direct email address in the family account.  Select the child you want to update and make sure their direct email address is entered in the section where their school is listed.  This is also a good time to update their school if it has changed.

The $75.00 deposit to reserve a spot for is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the cancellation date or reason.

Cancellations Policy: Only applies after you have accepted a week of summer camp via email.

1. A reserved session may be changed to another session ONCE without penalty.
   • Second session change will incur the $75 cancellation fee and the new session will be a new registration.
2. Cancellations Made:
   • 21 Days or More Before Your Reserved Session:
     • A $75 cancellation fee will be charged, and you will receive a refund of the remaining funds you have paid.
   • 8-20 Days Before Your Reserved Session:
     • A $75 cancellation fee will be charged, and you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining funds you have paid.
   • 7 Days or Fewer Before Your Reserved Session:
     • No refund will be issued.
